Oysters were a major part of life in New York in the late 1800s. They were eaten
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; they were pickled, stewed, baked, roasted, fried,
scalloped, and used in soups, patties, and puddings. Oystering in New York
supported large numbers of families, and oyster theft was a prevalent problem.

Thanks for the free Chocolate from Mars Candy! I just filled out my 4th coupon.
It takes about 4 weeks from the day you fill out the entry for it to come in the mail,
I have used 3 to date. Also, thanks for the 100 Days of Flavor from Marlboro you
had put up a few weeks ago. I'm a smoker, but I kind of blew off the contest until
I had seen a lady on your site say she had won a BluRay Player, and you had
emails from quite a few others that had won. So I figured I'd sign up fir the daily
reminder and get into the contest! The 10 day I had been in it, I got an email from
then telling me I had won the daily prize. It was a Fold out Lawn Chair from Weber.
I checked out the worth and it's $99 chair! I was like cool! So I do it everyday. I won when it was 1500 daily prizes.
So thanks and keep up the great work, I'm sure I speak for many here when I
