I got a couple of the phone hog calling cards a few years ago. I think it was pretty
easy. I can't remember if they send it to you, but I think they just give you a number
and a code instantly. You can only get one per email address, don't remember if you
can get more than one per physical address. I think it was for 15 minutes. Just
thought I would give you some feedback.

* On stable treatment with an Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor
(ACEI) or Angiotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB)
