Cheddar cheese that has been ripened for six months is considered “mild.”
Seven months to a year of ripening makes “sharp” cheddar, and two years
worth of aging yields an “extra sharp” product.

A fyi for my fellow survey takers- change those passwords at survey sites
regularly as well as other accounts. one of my survey accounts was hacked, my
points cashed in for a reward. fortunately the company emailed notifying me my
email had been changed as per my request and to let them know if I had not
changed it, they restored my account ( and the stolen points) to me- I changed
my password there and at all the survey sites I'm a member of. don't know if they
were able to stop delivery of the reward the thief ordered or take action against
that person, I hope so.

Another good idea is to get a small notebook and keep all of your passwords
in that. That stays in your house and the only way for that to get stolen would
be if someone broke in.
