I believe there is a waiting list. It can take anywhere from a
couple of weeks to a couple of months to get in.
But from what i've heard from others, its definitely worth it.

where you scan all your purchases. well, today they sent me a book
light just as a thank you for doing this. and they also give you
points for scanning that you trade in for stuff."
