Here is another online auction site--not free but some pretty good
deals. Its called propertyroom.com and it is an online police auction.
They also have some merchants selling stuff as well. The police stuff
is items they have confiscated during a bust (!) and they can't find
the rightful owners. Some of their jewelery is certified and valued
at thousands of dollars, but you can bid and get it at very low prices.
I recently bid and received a very nice sapphire necklace ( valued at
$500.00) for $1.00! plus shipping!
They even have old cop cars! Remember that movie with John Bulushi
(Blues Brothers) where they are careening thru Chicago in an old
black and white?
