A turkey should never be carved until it has been out of the oven at
least 30 minutes. This permits the inner cooking to subside and the
internal meat juices to stop running. Once the meat sets, it's
easier to carve clean, neat slices.

There is a really cool site that my brother and I have been using. It
doesn't have anything to do with freebies, but it is great. You can
create clothing with absolutely anything you want on it. My brother
even made a vulgar shirt and he got it. I think that shows that you
can make ANYTHING you want. You can even add pictures. I am going to
make my daughter a shirt that either says "Johnny Depp is my real
daddy" or "Bono is my real daddy" hee hee hee. Just in case you like
