The width of your armspan stretched out is the length of your whole
body. While not exact down to the last millimeter, your armspan is
a pretty good estimator of your height.

this is debby, i been getting ur site for many years, i love it .
i know u havent heard from me in while. but i want to let u and ur
readers to know please get the stroke booklet.
i didnt. one day i was normal as usual i went in the dr. office
just for some blood work. simple right. while i was talking to the
girl that was that my blood work my speech went burr.
my dr. had to call the ambulance had me in the ambulance and the
ambluance had me fly to springfield mo.
it all started out a normal day u have no ideal what the good lord
has plan for u. i still cant talk and my left leg is still drag.
my got the use of my hands.
i just want to let u and ur readers to do what can happern in 45 mins.
and hopfully they get the stroke book.
sorry i took alot of ur time. i still have the t.shirt i won from u.
havent won anything else. but that stirt is my prize and joy. thank
u for letting me talk. thank u for ur site.
