Here's your (not so) totally useless fact of the day:
Even small noises cause the pupils of the eyes to dilate. It is
believed that this is why surgeons, watchmakers and others who
perform delicate manual operations are so bothered by uninvited
noise. The sound causes their pupils to change focus and blur
their vision, making it harder to do their job well.

hey do you have a link to www.sparkpeople.com? it s a diet/weight loss/
exercise place sort of like myspace and buddyslim together, but way way
better. check it out it is free and awesome. link to it if you feel
comfortable. they have calorie counters and omg i just can't think of
everything because there is so so so much. exercise videos, um,
professionals to talk to, a buddy support system, teams with challenges
and goals and all kinds of good good stuff. i have found it extremely
helpful.
