In 1829, when Mrs. Lydia Child wrote The Frugal Housewife, hair care
was a lot different from what it is now. New England rum was considered
to be excellent for cleaning the hair and keeping it healthy; brandy
was supposed to strengthen the roots.

After seeing Healia Communities in today's newsletter, I wanted to
tell you about my favorite health community and online support
groups, MD Junction. Not only does MD Junction provide many helpful
articles on a ton of health issues, but you'll also find the best
and most supportive community on the Web.
MD Junction is truly the place to go when you feel like no one
understands your particular health challenge. You can join as many
support goups as you would like and get support from some amazing
new friends who do understand and care what you are going through.
When you are down they can lift you back up again.
If that isn't enough, you also are given a spot to keep a vitual diary
on MD Junction. This can be very theraputic in a way. Write about how
you feel or the progress you are making just for the sole purpose of
expressing yourself. No need to start a thread. Just write for you.
If you have a loved one with health issues, MD Junction is a fantastic
resource for information and support for you too.
I want to personally invite everyine to visit MD Junction and see what
there is to offer. I know you'll love it as much as I do.
