The Real McCoy is not in fact the real McCoy - the phrase was originally
'the real MacKay', and referred to a Scotch whisky. It changed to 'McCoy'
when it moved to America, possibly as a result of it being applied to the
boxer Kid McCoy.

First off Happy New Years!
I have gotten some really nice things over the last two weeks
and wanted to share.
A while ago I had filled out a request from "Makers Mark" for
a key chain, I recieved that key chain and it was great, then
out of the blue, right before Christmas, they sent Me a Package
again! It contained a large roll of Makers Mark wrapping paper,
Gift tags and some very pretty red Cloth ribbon to make bows from,
along with a Holiday greeting!
And as if that wasn't a suprise enough, I recieved another freebie
yesterday, it was a nice green, cloth shopping bag from "Natures
Bounty" which I love! It's not full sized bag, but rather a mini
bag, suitable for a quick run into the store for small items.
